We have really enjoyed our experience living here so far. Todd in the leasing office was great to work with throughout the entire process, from our initial tour all the way through move-in day. Although we only toured a model unit, our apartment was exactly as we expected it to be when we moved in. Additionally, any issues or maintenance requests we’ve had have been addressed quickly and efficiently by the maintenance team. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

I've only been living here since Oct 2024, and I have yet found a reason not to want to be here or continue renting here. The staff, including maintenance, are very helpful and handle things in a timely fashion, sometimes faster than expected. I love it. Delivery services follow directions, packages are safely kept in a mail room that you have to have a code to get into, The Amenities are great, It's a few minutes away from the Wilmington Station Commuter Rail, it's walking distance from quite a few places, including a few b... read more
