Dishwasher - The machine was never fixed correctly've never dealt with a more unprofessional person than Matt. I just got off the phone with him and he is unable to have an adult conversation to fix a problem. He cussed at me, said my wife was insane and nuts, and screamed the whole time. Austin and Derek came to fix my washing machine. They had me sign the invoice before they even made the repairs. When I used the washer it flooded my laundry room kitchen and dining room. I called and spoke with Matt who is the manager and he was unapologetic and said that they are not responsible for it whatsoever. Their repairman was very knowledgable and arrived as scheduled and fixed my oven without hesitation. He was a gentleman from the time he arrived. I would recommend him to anyone.
Any business that supports abused and abandoned animals and cares enough to hunt down the scum that mutilated a puppy has my business for life.
