Bad control panel on my washer. Called a couple days ago and talked to Tim. He laid out all the options and then ordered the part for me, per my direction. Tyler showed up today with the part and fixed it in like 10 minutes. Excellent customer experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend Metro Appliance!
