I lived in these apt for 2 years. I had a few issues such as the parking lot. If you weren't in before the sun went down you did not have a parking spot. My personal opinion is cars should be towed more often. Other than that the Metro Apartments owe me NOTHING!!! The staff Lisa, Shannon, Terry were all amazing to me and my family. They were considerate of every circumstance life threw at us. And boy was life lifing!!!!! The area is a nice area on Thompson. Very happy with my apartment.
Where do I begin.. if you are OK with pest and roaches this may not be a problem for you.. BIG NO for me. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors every move, rather it’s a sneeze ,or a cough. (Very uncomfortable). To top it off you have to deal with a very rude office manager who’s overly entitled and lacks common sense. It’s not a friendly environment at all and could be mistaken for projects. I want to personal thank Lisa and Shannon.They both have been kind , supportive and very cooperative with any issue I've had . The only way one could say a negative word about them would be bc that person or persons didn't keep their word or didn't do what was expected of them . They are both sincere, authentically kind hearted, the way they celebrate each holiday, back to school and pet day , as well as having an open door policy for every tenants is awesometacious . When my family and I walked into our new town home it was perfect. My favorite part is the deep tub & kitchen. This is definitely a beautiful place to raise your children. Not to mention it’s so close to all the shopping centers and restaurants!
