Truly a nice place here at Metro Wood River! Clean and honestly, the best management I’ve ever dealt with. They speak to tenants with care and respect. Communicate with them and they work with you to the best of their ability. Lisa and Shannon are extremely nice! Highly recommend!
I lived in these apt for 2 years. I had a few issues such as the parking lot. If you weren't in before the sun went down you did not have a parking spot. My personal opinion is cars should be towed more often. Other than that the Metro Apartments owe me NOTHING!!! The staff Lisa, Shannon, Terry were all amazing to me and my family. They were considerate of every circumstance life threw at us. And boy was life lifing!!!!! The area is a nice area on Thompson. Very happy with my apartment.
Where do I begin.. if you are OK with pest and roaches this may not be a problem for you.. BIG NO for me. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors every move, rather it’s a sneeze ,or a cough. (Very uncomfortable). To top it off you have to deal with a very rude office manager who’s overly entitled and lacks common sense. It’s not a friendly environment at all and could be mistaken for projects.
