So far I have been here a month and I am pleased with the communication Zach and the others have exhibited. I am pleased thus far and would recommend living here. I am in the former Maryland Manor location and like it. Fully renovated unit and easy to access. The move in process was easy enough. If you are looking for a place to live, I would recommend checking out these units.
Zach Heidrich earned what I like to call the 3 P’s: personable, polite, and professional. Zach put me at ease during my stressful relocation. I am happy to be a part of the community. Way to go Zach!
All photos and statements are true to be back up by photos. You can see the timeframe of the statements reflected on photos. As of today it is 410 days of gross negligence. Richard Green COO made statements that are untrue and diminishing of our native culture and values as United Band Of Keetoowah. I still have pests as of 01-09-2026, still have deep set mold only surface tiles and grout were addressed per Richard Green ignoring the 2 foot rule for mold.
