I moved to these apartments about two years ago in the Arlington location and I must say I love the apartments. There are pros and cons but my cons are outweighing my pros. Since I have been here EVERY ENCOUNTER I have had with the women in the leasing office was HORRIBLE! Their attitudes are TERRIBLE and they do not VERIFY information before calling my phone and disturbing my peace about some bs. I have lived here at Metro Apartments at Granite City for over 4 years and have seen many different managers. The management and staf that we have now are the best, they care about the tenants and go out to make sure that everyone knows them. Whenever I have a question or concern, they get it done in a timely manner. The maintenance teamare by far the best, they come in, not just fix ehat is going on, but also have a conversation with you and that really means a lot.
Cynthia and Shervana work very hard to make our community a home. The maintenance staff is quick and good. Carlos is so friendly. I would recommend Metro for your next home.
