The on-site manager for Collinsville MICHELLE OLIVER. Is a disaster.. She is very opinionated about your finances when you ask for Payment options.. She threaten to take my key because I was 30 dollars late.. she is always threating eviction, over little money owed.. She used a key to enter my apartment, but told me that same key couldn't lock my door back!! She took the option for me to pay online , for free off my account..
