The kid that was sent out was not very experienced. He missed issues with the HVAC system. I had to get another company to fix it. Will not be using them again

My experience with the repairman that came was abysmal. While his colleague was professional, Jeff was not. Jeff touched our stuff without our permission to poke around the vents. As we were walking to the unit outside, he asked if we put our dogs up. When informed we had no dogs, he told us that when he last came here two pitbulls were sitting alone near our home.
