Metro came to service my unit they tried to Hop over my chain link fence in the process they denied damaging my fence One section of my fence is hanging over And my room mate Is looking right at him and they deny any wrong doing

Not only did que come quickly to fix the issue but whenever I had a question or something came up after, he would answer my question and come back to take a look! I HIGHLY recommend Tareqe from Metro Air Services to anyone that needs AC assistance in this summer heat - amazing and very profesional!

This is the most disrespectful unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. Their technician did something to my air conditioner unit that had no issues, now they are refusing to fix whatever their employee messed up. The so called manager/supervisor should be fired immediately. For the sake of this business, I hope he is not also the owner. If he is, this business isn't going to be in business much longer.
