Service date: 7/1/2025 The initial experience started out a little rough. But my experience with the boss and the technician was definitely 5 stars. They both went the extra mile to get my central air working again. A thousand thanks to Metro Air.
The Tech came out through AMS and told them it's a bad compressor due to "misuse and abuse" leading to them denying my claim. Got another company to come out for 2nd opinion and it was a burnt wire he fixed it in 5 mins. Stay away from these scammers.
Kyle the technician is an absolute gem! He was incredibly kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to remedy the issue with my air conditioning unit and was able to address it with ease. Metro is very lucky to have him. Troy was great to work with as well when scheduling the apt. Thank you Metro
