I had been doing business with them for many years. This year when I needed my air conditioner serviced they did not show up and I waited all day for them. They claimed they called but I never received a call or message. I gave them a second chance and they promised they would be here by 10am and again they never showed and I had o call them to find out they were not coming. I am not sure what is going on but this is not a way to run a business.

Friday had appointment to replace AC system they showed up late unloaded equipment on my patio then had to reschedule for Sat because one of the techs waas sick pretty sure he was hung over then the next day never called and no showed also wouldn't answer after 30 calls email and texts also found out they just didn't work on Sat glug glug finally next day the tech said we'll be there Mon told them to come pick up their stuff the owner didn't apologize saying "It's ok cause we're really busy" Wouldn't have used them if they d... read more

Terrible. They never showed up to fix my AC and ghosted me. Never heard from them again

Great customer service, tech was knowledgeable and courteous. This company provides solid service for a reasonable price. Very happy and would highly recommend.
