Newly licensed person wouldn't listen to me about the loan amount. She kept calling me a different name. When the deal for a house fell through it was her fault because again she wouldn't listen about my loan amount. Then she spoke to me a disrespectful tone. I had to drop her as an agent because it was not a good experience I truly hope she learns to do better.
They helped me in so many ways I'm a first time home buyer I became overwhelmed they was patient they walked threw it but most of all they encouraged me not give up that when I see the house I would know it was my house thank y'all so much for going above and beyond with me ❤️

Home sold quickly as it was priced right, showed well, and was in a hot market. We negotiated fairly and added a new HVAC system at same original sales price to make the make it a slam dunk. Pre-listing communication was good. However, that is where communication and miscommunication took over.
