Metro access is the worst ever expected when when is comes to the schedule your ride they have the worst agent and the the worst manager ever all them are rude and racist especially the females they are racist as hell they manager aren’t do anything about it but to apologize to me are you serious so you are ok working with a racist person metro access is the wrong service ever
really poor communications from the office ...no itemized cost for actions on invoice or proposal poor finish work and at the end you feel you just got robbed
Very very unprofessional service The lack of professionalism from the installation of our new gates to the poor design and installation of its entry/ safety system has made me write this to warn anyone else contemplating using them, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
No worth it Called because our was not working after phone company installed DSL. They came out and the man was perplexed for an hour checking and testing and moving wire but in the end did nothing but harm to DSL. The phone company sent a man out and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Metro billed my credit card $220.04 for nothing done.
The person they sent out to fix the problem did not have a clue. Yet, they charged $224.02. April 5, 2012.
