27 cars were broken into in December and NOTHING was done about it. NOTHING. I finally got an appointment to get my car repaired, got a rental at 8:30 last night, WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, so I cannot get a sticker. There was no visitor spots, because let's be real there are SIX in a 5 story apartment complex. My rental car has A STICKER in the front clearly showing it is a rental and it was towed. It was there for 4 hours and was towed. NOTHING I could have done last night... I will never recommend this apartment to anyone... read more
RecommendedThe community events are a great way to meet neighbors! Shel has taken a creative and imaginative approach to the resident events and it shows! Everything from mini carnivals with cotton candy machines and skeeball to Super Bowl pregame parties. I very much look forward to our next event!
First off, I absolutely love this place, the amenities are great, the management is amazing, my apartment is everything I could ask for at a amazingly affordable price. However: if you own a car you will have issues with their towing company. This is why I cannot recommend this place to anyone who owns a car. It has gotten to the point were I have to take daily pictures of my vehicles to prove they are properly registered and legally parked (and even that didn’t work) my vehicles have been towed several times due to “mysteri... read more

So far so good! We are moving from NYC and it can be really stressful and difficult to find an apartment from 10 hours away. The front desk has been extremely helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to call Charlotte our home in a few weeks!

I have lived here for about 14 months and I love our apartment. The staff here is super friendly and nice. However residents continue to let their dogs poop everywhere, and not clean it up (this includes inside the elevators and stairwells). The complex has tried adding dog stations, but it doesn’t really seem to make a difference. The apartment complex, or Greystar, need to take action on this.
