Tia and Brianna are the best! The apartment is fantastic. It was absolutely worth the wait. If you’re looking for an apartment in downtown Tampa, this is it!
Tia was amazing was my prior leasing agent when I saw her again I knew I knew I was in good hands the apartment was pretty didn’t expect the history lesson or the stainless steel appliances or tall ceiling and 972 for a apartment is a steal.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The management STINKS! They take your money, promise they’ll contact you for any updates, however it has been 5 months of trying to deal with trying to get a unit. They have not given me a refund on my apartment hold and they are simply just rude. You can try to talk to the supervisor but she is very rude as well.
