Giselle is the new property manager and she is a sweetheart. Very attentive, kind, and she listens and does her best to get things done. My move in wasn't the greatest but Giselle reassured my concerns and she is just great. Lucky to have a property manager like her 🥰
Llevamos 2 años aca y recomiendo el lugar en la administración te ayudan con lo que necesites es gente muy gentil Eduard a CS, son excelentes personas y te van atender super bien. Cuando tienes algo en el apartamento por solucionar, la gente de mantenimiento va lo mas rápido posible durante el dia que reportad la verdad le doy 100/100
Llevo 2 meses aquí y de verdad no los recomiendo al primer mes dejo de funcionar el aire tardan para venirlo arreglar aparte la renta no es lo que a uno le dicen te cobran hasta por todo de verdad no los recomiendo aparte siempre huele a cigarro en el apartamento Dios como me fui a meter aquí la grúa no más anda donde agarrar los carros y no pedí internet y me lo están cobrando NO RESPETAN EL CONTRATO En el contrato dice cuál será la cantidad de renta y conforme van pasando los meses te la van subiendo alguien que me diga qu... read more
I have to say that I am very grateful to the new manager. I have been residing here for 3 years, and I always had difficulties with the administration regarding the management of my balance, which was only resolved after one year of requesting a review. I also see that the maintenance of the common areas has improved: the landscaping, the car gates, the lighting, and the attention is now better and different. Congratulations on that great leap in quality now with Giselle
This place used to be great when I first moved in with reasonable rent, a quiet area, and a convenient location. Unfortunately, after the management change, things really went downhill. The entrance gates are often broken, there are daily encounters with homeless people (some with aggressive dogs) digging through trash and leaving messes, and safety has become a real concern with non-residents constantly entering the property.
