went on a tour, roaches scattered as soon as he opened the door. they were airing out wet carpet with a fan and the smell was horrendous. the leasing agents work off commission so keep that in mind.
Anyone with a 5 start review is a complete liar. this is probably one of the worst places ever. roach invested apartments, and the management team sucks! so unprofessional. The rent is not worth these run down old apartments.Washing and dryer in unit makes no sense because they do not work. Literally nothing works, and it takes maintenance 3-4 days to repair anything. Do not waste your time to apply over there. This complex are so bad if you go over there, you’re gonna see a lot of homeless walking inside the complex and the stef will make you apply with kept telling you about deal and discount just to make you apply. I saw the rent online it’s 2000 and when I go over there they told me yes even if you’re gonna move next month we can make it 2000 for you just to make me apply and after I apply they make me wait two weeks. I would like to start this by saying having been under multiple property managers with this location, my interactions haven’t always been the best. I can say, however, that I’m seeing improvements day by day. My refrigerator stopped working (but the freezer kept trucking on) and I put in a ticket while on my lunch break during an overnight shift (my lunch was at 4am!).
