If I could give this hole in the wall complex 0 stars, I would. There’s always homeless people jumping over the cement brick wall and gates to go in the trash, shooting up in the parking lot, laundry rooms and anywhere else. Cars are always being stolen and broken into and Management does nothing about it because there’s no cameras near the carport. STAY AWAY. Paid an incredible deposit amount to secure an apartment that was shown to us BUT never given to us. They gave us another apartment! Instead, it was a filthy, roach infested apartment with so many maintenance issues that never got fixed. Luckily we documented all work orders, emails and complaints with the old office management. Now, a year later after moving out, we are having issues with NEW office management not returning our deposit. We left that place nothing like how it was given to us. Just plain terrible. Hardly anything works. From leaking ceiling to not having an assigned parking space. They demand rent to be on time, but when something doesn’t work, they take their sweet time for a response. I wish I was the people that left 5 stars reviews, my experience has been the worst! KEEP LOOKING IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LIVING SPACE.
My A/C has being leaking for the last 6mos. The new management doesn't even have emergency maintenance personnel on the weekends nor do they have a number to contact them after business hours. The laundry mate is not open all the time.
Azalia is the best she makes metro easier to live at for sure!!!!!!
