To no fault of their own, Sumner Academy student athletes were displaced due to much needed construction in the building over the summer. Metro 24 and the Argentine Community Center have been extremely helpful in allowing our athletes to lift and prepare for the upcoming school year throughout the day. We have had as many as 25 athletes in the gym at one time and the staff and other patrons have been very accommodating. It is great for our students to know that others in the community care about them and their futures!

We have a group of high school athletes that have been displaced by the school being closed down over the summer and because of Metro 24 our kids now have a place to workout, reach their goals and prepare for the upcoming football season. Facilities and equipment are also a major upgrade from what they are use to and allow us to do more than we thought!
