Amazing experience with Will from Metro. He showed me the apartments, explained everything in detail, guided me through the whole process, and was very helpful and supportive.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!! This is the most negligent management I've ever encountered. They don't care about their tenants at all. -THIEVES right in front of your unit. They won't take responsibility for anything, they don't provide security camera footage, and they offer zero support. -FILTH in the hallways, recycling area, and elevators. The floors are black and haven't been cleaned in three years. -INSECTS everywhere, from the parking lot to the hallways, due to the previous point. Scammers! Don’t waste your time! The building management is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Before my scheduled tour, I received information from the company in sms and email stating that two units were available: one for $1,500+ CAD and another, with a den, for $1,800+ CAD. I spent 40 minutes traveling to the building, only to be told upon arrival that the $1,500+ unit did not exist. I would strongly recommend against renting here. Scalding hot in the summer time, so you have to leave your windows open and then the sounds of the train are especially loud.And it's freezing in winter- likely cheap construction. If you move in prepare for ear deafening fire alarms going off weekly the middle of the night. I honestly think the decible of the alarm and going off for at least 20 min at a time has damaged my hearing. One night it went off 3 times. Dog feces in children's playground. The fire alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason, and it's been going on for a while now. It's disrupting our sleep and literally hurting our ears. Really hoping management gets this sorted out soon. --Metro D.
