We’ve lived at Metro D for over a year and have had a positive experience. The building is well maintained, and we often see someone cleaning the elevator as we leave for work. It’s clear that the staff put effort into keeping the shared spaces clean and comfortable. We also appreciate how management communicates with residents. The new resident manager Ver Navida is extremely professional and kind. He helped me plenty of things from his first day on his role. With his time and effort, I finally decided to stay and renew my tenancy for a new year, when I was about to looking for a new place to stay.

Overall, a good place to live, and the management has improved a lot recently. I’ve been living here and, overall, I’ve had a good experience. The building is in a good location, the amenities are good, and the building itself is a nice place to live. The biggest issue I experienced was the fire alarm problem, which unfortunately continued for around six months and became very frustrating for residents. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really great experience working with Jeff, our leasing agent, and Clarence, the building manager. From the very beginning, Jeff was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating when arranging our viewing and was always willing to answer our questions and help us throughout the process.
