I’ve lived in Building C for over a year and half. The building manger Carlos is absolutely amazing. He’s always quick to respond to all your queries and resolves any issues as soon as possible. However the elevator’s in building C NEED AN UPGRADE as they aren’t always working. Also the buzzer screen needs to be updated for when it’s hot outside in the summer the system goes down. However Carlos is quick to fix it which is so much appreciated. Best building manger within metro.
I am extremely satisfied with the service. Communication with Mr. Will Truong was excellent. He explained everything clearly and addressed all my concerns, no matter how minor, without any hesitation.
Building C has an absolutely amazing manager named Carlo. He’s always quick to respond to all your queries and resolves any issues as soon as possible. I recently moved to Building B, where Carolina, the manager, is also amazing!
Everything is very It's bad. There are no grocery stores nearby. There's a road nearby that's constantly noisy and bustling. Be careful with the yellow building; the manager, Paulo, isn't responsible; he'll just walk into the apartment without notice and just walk around looking.
Garage smells like poo, hallway carpets are stained, fire alarms non stop, elevator smells like wet dog, bad price, constant thefts, THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. They want your money, they don’t care about you.
