I had a very disappointing experience at this location regarding a clear pricing error and unprofessional management. I purchased a bag of grapes that was clearly marked on the shelf with a "New Lower Price" and a specific PLU code. At checkout, the item scanned at a much higher price. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager, she refused to honor the Scanner Price Accuracy Code (SCOP), which Metro voluntarily participates in.
