Driving aggressively and unprofessionally especially while operating a handicap-accessible vehicle is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. My family and I were driving on Route 34 in Matawan NJ, New Jersey, when the driver behind us began continuously leaning on the horn. They then crossed into the opposite lane to speed around us, nearly colliding with our vehicle and causing what could have been a serious accident. This reckless behavior put my family and everyone else on the road at risk.

When our mom needed homecare , Metro1 was the most helpful and attentive agency in the area. As Thanksgiving approaches I want to say how happy she & all of us are that Metro1 has been there for us. Our aides are wonderful .I would 'recommend this agency! Thank you Sophia & all for extra support always.

Thanks to Omar and his helper for being so kind, patient and considerate. I had never used this kind of service before so I was very nervous about being carried in a transport chair down stairs from house to street level..but they were both reassuring.... especially Omar. Without the ability to drive on my own after being very self sufficient for many decades, having to take a wheelchair van to an appointment can be overwhelming. My family will use your service again... Thanks Metro 1.

The ambulance crew did an excellent job last week; Steve and Steph both were amazing. I will definitely be using your company again if we need another transport. It’s been a difficult time lately and having these two just made everything so much easier for us today. Compliment from family member.
