The service staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And the prices were very reasonable too. By far the best auto shop experience I've ever had. Highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been using Metric for my VW work for almost 10 years, and the service is awesome. In the last 6 months I've had my Passat timing belt replaced (big job) and my annoying intermittent trunk leakage fixed (small job, but one that required knowing Passat details intimately). Repairs have always been flawless, and when I've needed minor follow-up, they've made taking care of it a priority. Highly recommend them, and wouldn't consider using anyone else for VW repairs. The best.
Took my Audi TT for the first time. It was somewhat an emergency visit (needed to replace the starter), but I will be back again for my next regular / maintenance service. They were all helpful & nice. Very clean shop, too.
It's great to find a mechanic you can trust. I have driven assorted VWs for many years, and several of them were serviced here as I moved in and out of the Boston/Cambridge area. I was quickly disillusioned by the area dealers' service departments, both due to shoddy quality of work and high prices. Metric continues to be a unicorn. I recommend them highly.
I've been taking my VW to Metric for almost 10 years, after trying several other mechanics. The place is spotless and the folks are always friendly. The service is exceptional, without fail. Honest advice and they never over-charge. Can't recommend Metric highly enough.
