First experience with Metric Motors was a disaster. The owner was aggressive and combative, even repeatedly pointed and wagged her pen in my face while she screamed at me for questioning my bill.

Excellent service. Answered all my question regarding my Jeep and the problem. Problem was fixed. I didn’t leave feeling like is was ripped off. The first time I went to Metric was on the recommendation of a friend. I will continue to go for service on my Jeep.
They are a joke and that guy mike is a rude person and lies to customers I called him on the phone asked him if I get there before 2:30 can he to the oil change is says yes I get there at 2 and tries to tell me he never said that to me and I had three people with me that heard him say it he ended up doing it because I was pissed after driving 35 mins the people that work at the desk are rude to customers they better smarting up because customer service is the reason to your business being successful
The first time I went to metric motors I had just had an oil change done but my car didn’t feel like it was done, you know what I mean? So I go to metric and they said it looked like no oil change had been done, no new filter, no new oil. Very honest, prices are excellent. Thought I needed tires, told me I just needed a rotation and alignment
no idea how this place stays open. I've never heard of someone having a positive experience here. their rates are astronomical & more than once have charged people for work they never even did. their customer service is also a joke. worst place in town. negative 5 stars.
