Best Ever!!
Absolutely adore this place! Very friend and efficient. I've gone to other places and been spoken to in a very condescending manner and felt very disrespected, just to get my car back and still have issues with it, but none of that here! Very kind and respectful staff who did an awesome job with my sweet Jeepy. Beyond impressed with this place and will ABSOLUTELY return for all my cars needs in the years to come!
I recently purchased a new vehicle and my brake lamp had gone out. I was nervous to drive it so I decided to swing by quickly at Metric Motors today to see if I could get an appointment since everywhere else I called couldn't get me in. Bryan is the absolute best!!! He came out to check the issue and changed it in less than 5 minutes! He made my day!!! We have used Metric Motors for several years and they continue to be genuine in all their customer service! Very happy with the service - quick, friendly, and affordable - even after having an issue I was quickly transferred to the owner who was more than accommodating to my request. It's so nice to finally have a repair shop with mechanics I feel like are in my corner, especially so close to home. Thanks guys - keep up the great work!
My wife and I have been customers of Metric Motors for several years. We've never been disappointed and I have nothing bu kudos for everyone at Metric Motors! Customer service is superb, friendly, honest and they deliver when promised. Of course, the back-office ops, i.e. mechanics and others, are equally superb as without excellent team players one can operate a successful business.
Top notch customer service and work at very affordable pricing. I feel dumb for having relied on the dealership for services/repairs on our GMC's. Very clean and professional environment.
