Richard Kenney is very rude and dishonest person he intimidates managers and workers. Metric is a dishonest company to work with. I suggest anyone who works with them to think twice and put your own terms to their contracts because they write it off to their own benefit. If they terminate the contract they will not make themselves responsible for any of you company losses, they only used subcontractors to their own benefit and kick you to the curb. An absolute joke of a general contractor!! Their superintendents could not run a bath, let alone a job site.. how they’re aloud to operate in Boston is beyond me.. please avoid
