4 1/2 stars ⭐⭐⭐✨ not 4! From the beginning Paul was calm trustworthy and informative. I was concerned about knocking down a wall in my house and he reassured me about reinforcing the roof space. He reassured me of the structural integrity and detailed the steps verbally and on the quote. His work was checked by an engineer friend of mine. Paul did what he said he would and structure was sound and secure. He uses recycled material ( I'm a fan!) and informs you of this. His communication is excellent. I recently got an extension done with Metric Building, they were fantastic from the initial site inspection, to getting all the paperwork done, to the execution of the work and completion. Every detail was covered by Paul, the carpentry work was excellent and all the work was completed on time. Everything was done within budget. Paul is very professional and very easy to deal with.
