4 1/2 stars ⭐⭐⭐✨ not 4! From the beginning Paul was calm trustworthy and informative. I was concerned about knocking down a wall in my house and he reassured me about reinforcing the roof space. He reassured me of the structural integrity and detailed the steps verbally and on the quote. His work was checked by an engineer friend of mine.
