The property management company is refusing to correct the error in the lease contract they offered me, that would result in me signing a backdated 11 year contract. I have it on voicemail, "If you don't like it, don't sign it!" This situation appears to be a coercive tactic by the property management company, which could potentially violate tenant protection laws or constitute unfair business practices.

The company has no idea what is going on or how to landlord tenants. I have lived here for several years and been through four different Land Lord companies. This one is by far the worst. When I moved into my current apartment, it was because my apartment in the building next-door had a lot of damage due to a main water pipe clog that took them two weeks to come by and assess. To much to say bad than good.. The sewage problems, the just covered the old tile with paint, they cut the internet cable when these so called renovations were done, I moved apartments in the summer, they don't take care of the problems they create. Then expect you to pay 1800 a month from before paying 1100 for apartments from the 50s. They don't respond they call you a liar. Horrible company. Jacked pricing. Everything is old and so called renovated. The company before actually gave a shit, they do not.
