Being charged for a month that I was vacated from the property. I have text messages from property manager confirming my forwarding address… I reached out and spoke with a supervisor in the corporate office… never received a call back on an update… stealing and lying says a tremendous amount this business.
Doesn't return security deposits back in the legal time frame of 60 days (with no explanation as to why or any contact at all). Seeking legal counsel as necessary.
As a concerned parent I am writing this to be my daughter’s loudest advocate. In 2021 Inspire took over the property my Adult Autistic Daughter has resided at since 2016. She had zero issues with communication with the landlord prior to the takeover. We can’t say the same for the Current Landlord of peak 72 apartments. Since leaving a review seems to be the only way to get this HORRIBLE property management company's attention, here's my honest review of how this company handles their complexes. First and foremost, I would like to say that when I first moved in, I was very happy. Rent was low for the 2 bedroom I have. Sarah Trent was AMAZING! She was responsive, constantly checking in, always sending reminders/updates/emails/texts, and she just overall was a great manager.
