Metreau Apartments is one of the premier places to live in downtown Green Bay. The location right on the Fox River is hard to beat — you’re within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and the Fox River Trail. In my opinion, not worth the price. Impossible to sleep at night with bedroom window open because of constant bridge vehicle traffic. Very noisy and too many regulations. Wouldn't do it again or recommend.
Trying to get anyone to respond to calls and inquiries is next to impossible. Hello??????
We like our apartment a lot! But even more importantly, on site management is fantastic. They are practical, friendly, and quick to answer maintenance requests. The apartment community is a pretty decent group of people. We’re happy to be here! Edit: We since have bought a place, and I understand that there is a different property manger onboard at The Metreau. I have no idea if the new manager is as good as the manager that was there when we were there.
