Friday scheduled a showing with Mandie- She cancelled last min even though I was coming from Milwaukee to view the property. She provided no explanation and no context and sent a text to cancel and that was that. I had to call today to follow up, only to learn the place has been taken. I was able to explain to Mandie what a massive inconvenience her LACK of professionalism showed to which she had nothing to say, not even an apology. Crazy loud!! Every Thursday friday Saturday in our penthouse apartment 802 cant sleep at all from 10pm-3am. Window leak 1st week here. Apartment was never cleaned prior to move in. Was told it was quiet here when we looked at the apartment. I'd not recommend this apartment to anyone! For 2500 a month plus parking and utilities id expect to be able to sleep.

In my opinion, not worth the price. Impossible to sleep at night with bedroom window open because of constant bridge vehicle traffic. Very noisy and too many regulations. Wouldn't do it again or recommend.
Trying to get anyone to respond to calls and inquiries is next to impossible. Hello??????
