Initially responsive regarding my cam order, waited a month before inquiring about the status of my order. I was told it'd ship the following week, so I waited. It's been two months now and no response from info@metolius. I've used their cams before and I know they're decent. Very disappointed in the service I've received at this point and not likely to shop with Metolius again.
Ok they were late responding to me but made it right so I changed my review.
They have great customer service and they make some great products.
I just got my old TCU's back from being serviced. Cleaned, lubed, and new slings. They look and feel brand new! Outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier!
