Agent, no help.Website, ridiculous! Do not bother trying to add a vehicle to your policy on the website. No customer service staffing, and no help at all! Gosh forbid if you need help on a weekend, or you're S.O.L.! Get what you pay for,and certainly is a joke. They keep raising rates, but provide no service. (paying more than two years ago even though the vehicles get older and so do I.) Cheep rates=cheep service, if you can even get it! Stay away!
