You don’t talk to any people when calling for assistance. The first three months I had dental coverage I didn’t have a dentist assigned so I couldn’t actually go to one if needed. After 4 or 5 phone calls I got through to a person and they were able to help assign one that was close by. I called to make an appointment and that dentist doesn’t take the plan that I have.
