The website is not working and I’m unable to locate the policy, when calling the phone number and entering the same credentials, the system is able to locate the policy, but there is no option to speak with a representative to understand the issue the call disconnects without providing access to customer service, making it impossible to resolve the problem
If I could give MetLife Dental HMO zero stars, I would. I have been suffering from severe dental pain for four months, and this insurance plan has been absolutely useless in helping me get treatment. It is not insurance; it is a scam. You don’t talk to any people when calling for assistance. The first three months I had dental coverage I didn’t have a dentist assigned so I couldn’t actually go to one if needed. After 4 or 5 phone calls I got through to a person and they were able to help assign one that was close by. I called to make an appointment and that dentist doesn’t take the plan that I have.
