There’s no place called MetLife at that location in 2026 . I just left there and it’s a truck stop with other miscellaneous businesses! You can’t physically go to a MetLife in chicago . Be aware the address given looks vacant .
I asked MetLife for a check to rollover IRA funds to another account. Met Life mistakenly sent a disbursement check and took 10% penalty out. Currently waiting for MetLife to correct their mistake. I will update after this is resolved.
