I called once, and they were able to help me a lot. I ended up calling the main office, but the people at this office were very helpful
I would never recommend the Cedar Rapids office for life insurance, I have experienced extremely poor customer service, they do not follow through with getting issues resolved or even getting back to you at all, let alone in a timely matter.I also have a policy with New York Life and have never experienced these problems with them.
