I applied for the home repair program in June. For a new furnace/AC/hot water tank and new back deck. The team had to sort through thousands of applications. Mine was accepted and in Que! It took a couple months but it was approved August! I have been working with them to get payment figured out and all the details. Madi and I just spoke on the phone and she was nothing but sweet kind and caring! What a great place and good customer service!
Not a helpful company at all. No follow up and poor service. I would advise anyone seeking assistance not to bother.
These people are absolutely useless! They like to ghost people who are looking for help.
