Terrible, no communication and keep changing staff. No customer service
I have been a long term tenant. Nearly 30 years. The service has gone down significantly. My house has been infested with mice for 3 years. While they have brought pest control in, there has been no resolve. They have recommendations from the health board and pest control to which they have not complied with. In fact they closed the order for a mouse issue that was never resolved and they have no interest in fully resolving. I applied for the home repair program in June. For a new furnace/AC/hot water tank and new back deck. The team had to sort through thousands of applications. Mine was accepted and in Que! It took a couple months but it was approved August! I have been working with them to get payment figured out and all the details. Madi and I just spoke on the phone and she was nothing but sweet kind and caring! What a great place and good customer service!
Not a helpful company at all. No follow up and poor service. I would advise anyone seeking assistance not to bother.
