As a (now former) patient of a practice that uses Metis, all I can say is the practice is the most poorly run and inefficient I've ever been around. Which is why I'm no longer a patient. I sent in a payment in the third week of March (no option to pay online - and I thought we were in the 21st century). Check wasn't cashed until April 3rd, then I receive a bill on 4/21 telling me I'm past due. Then I attempt to call but I get told to leave a message and they'll get back to me in 1 or 2 days.
