What an incredible practice of psychologists intentionally working for their patients! I couldn’t be more happy with my choice to choose Metis, even switched counselors. High-quality psychotherapy to say the least.

I have been seeing Wendy Barnes for a couple of years, and she is the world's best counselor. Since I started seeing her, my anxiety has improved tremendously, and my doctor recently started weaning me off of my preventative anxiety medication. Wendy always listens without judgement and provides sound advice.
I have been seeing Nicole for about 4 to 5 years now. I love her. She treats you as a person and very easy to talk to. She will go out of her way to help you. Metis is a wonderful place to go
