Monica is a master of her craft! I brought my daughter in for a cut, wash, and style. Monica was so helpful and kind, listening to my daughter and what she was envisioning. A NO SHOW! No text, phone call, pigeon, nothing to let me know my appointment was delayed, postponed, canceled. Big disappointment!!!
