No hospitality or caring for patients in this office. The lab tech does not label your test blood tubes in your presence. When I had mine drawn she put my blood tubes in a rack along with other tubes which were all unlabeled, when I asked for her to label my tubes in my presence she got upset, when all I asked was a basic patient's right. Today, over a month after my tests had been drawn I called to get my results as they did not post them in the patient's portal and the manager got on the phone to tell me they are dismissin... read more
The worst facility. The test results dont show up on mychart automatically. These guys are living in 1970. Everytime a test result come in, they have "scan" it and upload it. We have been called them 5times already for our results and everytime "we will upload them in mychart", but after 15 days, we still have not received them. Please save yourself the headache, go somewhere where it's much smoother and better doctor. These people s doesn't know how to use technology efficiently. A blot in the name good service.
My experience with this practice has been GREAT! The staff have been professional and accommodating always! Dr. Drake is a Gem and has given me Top Notch care! I have been going to this practice for many years. I would recommend them to anyone. 👍👍👍
