Jessica was NOT caring or concerned. We have insurance but Was turned away and refused medical treatment because I could not pay the small copay that they said we were to pay. We advised jessica and the manager that the out of pocket had already been paid and met and to turn into insurance for payment. I would highly caution anyone considering coming to this urgent care. I came for a visit following a recommendation and could not have been more disappointed. None of my health history was assessed prior to prescribing me a medication, which is a huge problem. Not only did I have to verify that my prescription was pregnancy safe since no one asked about my pregnancy status, but upon pickup at my pharmacy my pharmacist informed me that the med prescribed was in the same family as my medicinal allergy. Dr Donald Dillahunty is so rude and unprofessional! I have never experienced a doctor to be so belittled and sarcastic towards others. His attitude really ruin my day, just to waste his time with questions I had.
