This location has really gotten BAD. On 2 separate occasions me & my son were misdiagnosed by DIFFERENT providers so it's not like it's a specific person . They left my son with an ear infection for a week and called it a " cold" & he ended up having a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION . On top of that , even if you visited the office less than 24 hours ago they will make you PAY ANOTHER COPAY even though it was their fault they missed something . I wish I could give zero stars! Ridiculously long wait time but you could hear them laughing and chatting like they had no patients waiting. The FNP Slayton gave the appearance that she cared but I do not believe that she did based on the final outcome of visit. She sent me home with a prescription for over the counter medications as if I walked in there with minor treat-at-home illness which I DID NOT. I walked in with bursitis in my elbow. The service was prompt and a nurse practitioner drained the fluid off my elbow. Overall it was a very calming experience

I really liked this urgent care considering it was linked with my primary care. However, they have decided to no longer accept Tricare Prime (West Region). I called my insurance and despite them appearing as in-network, they refuse to do any work with Tricare West. They don't even coordinate with the primary care offices to let them know of this change.
