Great service. Staff super helpful and friendly. During my visit, they had a little trouble verifying my insurance but they later figured it out Aside from that, my visit there went very well. I was treated with respect and dignity. UPDATE: I’m having to revise my rating from 5 stars to one star cause the clinic sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This location has really gotten BAD. On 2 separate occasions me & my son were misdiagnosed by DIFFERENT providers so it's not like it's a specific person . They left my son with an ear infection for a week and called it a " cold" & he ended up having a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION . On top of that , even if you visited the office less than 24 hours ago they will make you PAY ANOTHER COPAY even though it was their fault they missed something . I wish I could give zero stars! Ridiculously long wait time but you could hear them laughing and chatting like they had no patients waiting. The FNP Slayton gave the appearance that she cared but I do not believe that she did based on the final outcome of visit. She sent me home with a prescription for over the counter medications as if I walked in there with minor treat-at-home illness which I DID NOT.
