I really liked this urgent care considering it was linked with my primary care. However, they have decided to no longer accept Tricare Prime (West Region). I called my insurance and despite them appearing as in-network, they refuse to do any work with Tricare West. They don't even coordinate with the primary care offices to let them know of this change. I was having a medical issue and couldn't get into my GP for over a month. I went in and was promptly seen. I received great care and advice. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and professional. They were able to figure out what the cause was and treated my issue satisfactorily.
They’ve always taken care of me very well, every time I come through the door. Dr. Anna Slayton is really good with her practice
