their ER service is despicable. absolutely disgusting. the nurses are rude. and they take FOREVER to get you triaged. I have had serveral HORRIBLE incidents at this hospital, and I refuse to recommend them to anyone. they don't know how to manage time. and regardless of your injury, unless you come by ambulance, you WILL sit in the waiting room for a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half. they're a building full of people who are SUPPOSED to care about your health, but they don't. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone, EVER... read more

Dr Herzog has been my doctor for over 20 years and he is awesome. His whole office and staff is amazing. He delivered all three of my boys and is concerned and caring about my health and my family. I feel that I get the best care ever and would never consider going any where else.

Dr. Herzog is amazing. Very knowledgeable explains everything and when I ask silly questions doesn't make me feel foolish.
I have been to the ER twice at this hospital and both times I have waited over 6 hours just for a doctor to see me. They saw that I was in pain both times and not once did they offer any pain relief, not even tylenol. The staff seems very annoyed by the number of people there and even a nurse was very rude and sarcastic once I made it to the back. I will drive to Arlington to avoid this place.
