A health issue that I had that could have taken a few months to figure out was dragged out for almost a year the staff never follows through so your just left on hold no matter how serious your health issue is and explaining to them how much you need help will do nothing if you call they act as if they were never supposed to call you and they just proceed to blame each other instead of taking any responsibility or accountability and when the doctor goes on vacation for months you are just left on hold no matter how urgent yo... read more

UPDATE! Since my last review, the director of the hospital called me to discuss some issues I had mentioned in my review. I was surprised and appreciated the call back. We had a very good conversation and the next time I went in, I didn't wait long at all. Reviews actually do help higher-ups recognize and manage patients concerns. I've been coming here for a long time. I understand the other reviews about the wait time in a room. Each patient appointment is different. Some are coming in for follow ups and some for other more complicated issues. I agree that when the doctor is experiencing a longer appointment time, someone should advise the patient who has been waiting for hours. No one ever does though. If you’re young and healthy don’t bother with this clinic. They have canceled my appointment over 3 times already and no updates.I’ve since gone to Houston Methodist liver clinic and they have listed me with exception points due to low oxygen levels and they have treated me much better.
