The woman at the oval desk has an terrible attitude about her, and she seems to get sick of people very easily if they are asking a series of questions. She folds her arms and makes it seem like they are the problem when she is supposed to be giving help while the people in the back are taking information for patients. This is terrible to have at an organ transplant place in a hospital where people are scared or even wondering why they are there because they are going to have to go through either testing to see what is wrong... read more
I’m so grateful to the nurses and staff who took care of my sister Lynda McKinney! She said this was the best care she has ever had. She had a kidney transplant last week and is recovering well. Thank you for seeing her and treating her well!
