The woman at the oval desk has an terrible attitude about her, and she seems to get sick of people very easily if they are asking a series of questions. She folds her arms and makes it seem like they are the problem when she is supposed to be giving help while the people in the back are taking information for patients. My husband has tried to schedule an appt with this institution for the past 6 weeks. We have been told each time we call that only one person who schedules appts - Ms. Lewis. Ms. Lewis will not answer the phone or return any of my voicemails. I asked to speak to her administrator after calling daily for 3 weeks.
