If I can do more than five stars I would. From the first appointment till today 4 days post-op I have been very happy about my experience overall. I highly recommend the center and their staff. They made me feel very welcome comfortable and confident to go through my surgery. My doctor from The hand center on the second floor was Dr bag and he was amazing as well. I am very happy with my results and glad I have this center and staff with me along my journey. Thank you all for the best experience.
Had actually 3 surgeries there today. Two hands and elbow. Staff was wonderful including nurses Lisa, 2 Kathy's and Dr Baggs. Especially liked the front desk person getting married soon. I'm sure I forgot some, but thank you all for taking great care of me today!
My 7 year old daughter had knee surgery by Dr. Rush here at Methodist Surgery Center Texas Center for Athletes on April 2, 2024. When we arrived there were no wheelchairs available at the entrance, but Melissa at registration was quick in getting one out to our vehicle with no problem at all. Very amazing staff. My daughter had her ear tubes placed in 1/5/22 and from the beginning to the end of the procedure it was a great experience and I was not worried one bit. You guys have awesome nurses in this facility, thank you for caring about my daughter like family! Highly recommend!
