This was my first visit. The receptionist Chrissy was very nice upon entering the office. The MA Edna was very nice and got the weight, blood pressure and things like this. While we were waiting to see the surgeon, my wife's glucose level was getting pretty low. She spoke to the coordinator Rose Anna who gave her a Sprite. This visit to Dr. Percival‘s office was a total waste of time, and I feel like I wasn’t treated very fairly. I was charged a $50 co-pay to be told what I already knew that I need an MRI Medicare won’t authorize an MRI until I’ve at least participated in cardiac rehab. Nobody has recommended that until I went back to my primary care physician he managed to arrange that for me very quickly. ,
I believe Dr. Bruce will win his team to be very very good
