I just wanted to thank every member of Dr. Mark Casillas’s staff for the wonderful care I received during my office visit. My appointment was scheduled for October 1 at 2:25 PM, but because of the weather, I called the office, and they were able to see me at 10:15 AM. The environment and staff were wonderful! Selina the MA processed me, brought me back to triage, and made sure everything went smoothly. The X-ray tech Trini was absolutely amazing—very friendly, patient, and helpful. She offered me different options for how I could sit and positioned me comfortably throughout the visit. My X-ray was smooth, quick, and completely painless. They really helped speed up the process while still treating me with kindness and a smile.
