Dr. Casillas and his staff were so in touch to patient care it was an amazing experience/Dr. Casillas was so concerned with my comfort and understanding his techniques/although it was my first visit, I was treated like i was a forever patient/I would recommend this medical team to all
What friendly staff! And Dr Casillas is the specialist to see. Terrific bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. Gave me as much time during the treatment discussion as I needed and formulated a multi step plan for recovery. Couldn’t have been more impressed!
I was treated with kindness and respect. From the moment I walked in, Jordan greeted me with a smile and a "Hello, how may I help you?". When the nurse (I didn't get her name) called me back to the exam room, (which was quite a walk down a long hallway), she checked on me as we walked to say "Just a few more step".
