Great experience. The staff, Dr. Heckman, his nurse and even the X-ray technologist were all professional, caring and friendly. What a great staff.

DR. Heckman did shoulder surgery in past and it healed well. I have full access of arm. Recently went to see him for knee pain. As usual, he was professional, friendly, and kind. He made diagnosis and I was on my way.
Dr. Heckman is a wonderful surgeon, and I now have two new shoulders. The experience was seamless. The only negative from both surgeries is that the Landmark facility's poor ability to support a spouse staying with the patient in the overnight stay after surgery. At 82, this was very important to me.
Staff is friendly and most helpful. Dr Heckman is very pleasant to speak with and will pay attention to you and answer all questions. Very nice experiences and would recommend to all my friends and family.
