The staff and Dr were very nice, made me feel comfortable, and seemed to really focus on trying to help me and address my issues and concerns.This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time with a healthcare provider and their establishment. Thank you all for the great care and for actually listening to my concerns and making me feel like you care. It means a lot when you find a provider that will actually take the time to be there for you.

Everyone was prompt and courteous.
I will always drive from San Antonio to Kerrville to see Dr. Abel. He is an excellent doctor. Dr. Abel listens to my concerns and includes me in any decisions concerning my health. I have never had to wait for my appointment. The front desk receptionists and Dr. Abel's nurse are kind and considerate. I would, and have, recommended Dr. Abel!
