This place is useless
i took my son 2 times last week and all they said is that all he needed was some Tylenol. My son kept saying his throat hurts.after seen him he wasn't able to sleep well all night and hearing from you guys that all he had some little swollen and all i give him was Tylenol. I took him 03/05/18 at 1am at Children's hospital 8200 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 68114. They find out he had Peritonsellar abscess and he WAS VERY BAD I felt so bad see how bad he was and he had to go through just because you guys did find anything and i trust y... read more
This place lies about everything from their open times to their credibility. Insurance companies need to drop them.
I can’t thank these ladies enough! What a great facility! From the minute I walked in the door after 9pm I listened to the woman at the front desk take call after call (and it was very busy in the waiting area also) ...and she was so pleasant and personable. In the end I ended up seeing Dr. Andrea Ward, thank you so much for listening to me and not rushing me even though it was a tad after 10 when you saw me.
