I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Bowers. From the beginning, I was upfront about not having insurance, yet I was still recommended a CPAP machine without being informed of any limitations or requirements about where to purchase it. Methodist scheduled the appointment with the respiratory therapist, and I purchased the CPAP machine outright, expecting support with my treatment. My PCP sent a referral and stated I would get a call within a week. It's been 3 weeks so I called the clinic. I waited 45mins on hold trying to schedule an appt with no answer. The machine said to press 1 to leave a voicemail but upon pressing 1 nothing happened. It continued to play the hold music.
