Staff is very professional. Most of my visits had long wait times at the front counter. The design of the counters compared to where patients wait is a little awkward - eye contact can't be made.
I have been seeing 2 different Doctors at the facality this year, Dr Music and Doctor Pitner. I have reall not had any surgeries as a 71 year old, However this year back surgery, and then Hip replacment. Both docotors and their staff were excellent and best of all the outcomes have been wonderful, I am now pain free.
Dr. Pitner and team were fantastic, he explained everything in an understanding way and offered multiple treatment options
Love Dr.,Kimberly Turman at Md West One at Fountain Ridge. She listens , is patient and has the best staff esp Mindy . Mindy does not only do patient care but schedules tests , surgeries and whatever else is needed . She is beyond kind and caring . She does what she says she is going to do like follow up with me . Dr. Turman and Mindy are the best. I totally trust Dr. Turman with my orthopedic issues.and as a surgeon . As far as the office it’s quick to check in with a huge lobby.
