When I arrive to my appointment the receptionist was very nice and respectful. The X-ray technician was awesome also. And Kossi MPH,PA-C explain and informed things to me very well.He made me feel comfortable about the concerns. He informed me about the plan and address all my concerns professionally. The atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable at MD West. The staff awesome. I would recommend MD West to others in need.
The location is well placed, the building is beautiful and the staff are well trained, very polite and interested in the patient.
It was a very good experience. Friendly staff and no waiting. I was in before my actual appt. time.
Dr. Makovicka is the best. I've had both knees done and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. His staff is awesome!
