Last weeks’ visit was the worse in my life. In Dr Joyce’ office, Miriam the nurse, whom I’ve never had a problem with before, seemed to deliberately hurt me while she took out the needle from drawing blood. It felt as I were being cut with a knife and she said she probably hit a nerve. I was in tears she hurt me so badly. She came into the room yawning and the second time whistling away which in my opinion is totally unprofessional. My daughter was a witness to how she was acting.
