The billing department is clueless. I’ve called several times regarding incorrect billing and I’m always told they will research and rebill and call me back and never do. I’ve called my insurance who confirms they’ve never rebilled. I’ve called the nurse at the office to change the billing and she was extremely rude and defensive and also never called me back. I am so frustrated and am getting no answers. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Would NOT recommend
The only reason they got as high as a two is because of Pam. The is the best nurse. This office incorrectly billed me and they won’t change it. I went for a physical and they did the blood work and they billed it as blood work needed for insomnia. My doctor is refusing to fix it. They must make more money when they do shit like this. Now I am stuck with a bill for 156.00.
Dr. Ripley is wonderful and easy to talk too. Her nurse Pam is fantastic!!
