Arrived today 10-15 minutes before my appt time of 11am. Checking it was a great experience and friendly staff. At 11:25 I was finally called back to the room. The nurse who was also pleasant did her stuff and left saying the doc will be with you soon. I wait, wait, wait. At 1155, with no sign the doc was on her way, I left. Went back to the desk and firmly stated my reason for leaving and I wanted my payment refunded. The front desk accommodated.
